jdm 1jzte/ma70 HELP!!!!!!

new here but know the drill LOOK IT UP! have and cannot find any answers. runs and idles fine but will only accel to about 40 mph. has a VERY loud whistle when the power goes away.didnt come w/ map sensor got one off 95 celica gts but not sure abt calabration. have aftermrkt intercooler and downpipe just found i rewired w/ 1jz diag and cant pull codes please any help would be greatly appreciated so i can move back in the house ltttl info 1jzte w/auto and uncut harness w/ecu (mtr#6018383) this is the second motor and is a little dif from first but am using orig wiring hrness
