Toyota Fan is on a distinguished road
Default some quick fixs

Could be water pump check for blow head gasket by checking for merky white colored oil. check the radiator make sure its not cloged check the therm and fuel lines/filter for clog. I noticed a massive cool down with a K&N system lowered the overall heat by a ton. if none of that stuff works its prob your head gasket go have it compression tested at a shop.
