im about to buy two toyota supras 87's one turbo with a rod knock and one non turbo that needs a clutch. my question is after i get the block and head rebuild on the turbo one what things can i do to get more power. like turning up the boost and getting boost controlers and things. how and where do i start the project? also dose the 7mgte have forged internals stock?

Well you could start out by upgrading your Intake, Intercooler, Radiator, Oil Cooler, Turbo, Fuel system = fuel pump, fuel lines, injectors, install AFPR, adventually you'll need a fuel rail upgrade; don't forget about your transmission you have your flywheel and clutch upgrades and driveshaft and differential as well. Then you have the stand alone management system it pretty much replaces your ecu and eliminates the need for all of the extra electronics ie boost controllers and such it's on sale right now for $1,279 at http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/clea...yota/Supra_MK3
and they have a lot more performance upgrades also and there are a lot more web sites to go on for example this would be another www.suprasport.com . Also no the 7MGTE does not have forged internals after about a gain of 480hp you'll want to replace your bottom end of your engine to forged to safely gain more horsepower. Hope this helps out. :D
