twin turbo 2j build question

hello everyone, new to the forums. I have a question about building the head on my 2j im trying to get to 10k rpm, and i was wondering if anyone had some tips as to what are the better comps. to go with that would let make it there? Any help would be greatly appreciated, have a great night everyone.
