MK3 Tail lights
 

ok, can i take the tails from my 86 1/2, and put them on the left and right on my 89? i keep looking at them and the more i do, the more they look the same, did toyota seriously just add a center piece, or ARE they different, -Sean-

I know you can convert a car w/ pre-89 taillights to the 3 piece tails, so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to put pre-89 taillights on an 89+

The pre-89 taillights are actually shorter than the newer ones.

well then does anyone know where i can find some 89+ tails other than ebay? all i need is the left and the right, mine still has its center peice
