Default 1988 Toyota Supra Turbo runs very rich need help

88 Toyota Supra Turbo Cheap MOds!!! trades???

Hey Guys I am thinking about getting this Supra but I wanted to know what could cause the car from running very rich.
how would you tune this car to it wouldn't run rich and more lean.

It would be my first project supra ever and as you know I am not too familiar with this engine.

--------------UPDATE---------------
it needs a tune, the fmic pipe needs to be hooked up, as well as a bov, the throttle cable sticks a little

how do you install all these?

this is the description in the ad:

88 toyota supra turbo 5 speed it has the 7mgte engine with alot of work done to it, block is shaved, it has a Front Facing Intake manifold,ct26 turbo, 350z Rims. FMIC, Q45 throttle body., 3.5"Apexi turbo back exhaust, boost controler.battery relocated to trunk, it needs a new batt also. the car Dyno'd a 285 to the wheels on a stock fuel system and no tuning. it needs some body work in the rear, it also needs some minor work i have other tail lights for it,i just put a new clutch master cyl on it,it could use a good bleeding, it runs but it runs very rich, and it needs a tune! have more pics,
