supra dont like rain
 

I have a 1989 supra turbo, my problem is when it is raining or there is a lot of fog, or it has rained the night before, the car does not want to idol in the morning & the check engine comes on for a sec and then shuts right off. the car sits at work all day in the sun, & when I leave work the car is fine. Its only if it is really moist in the morning that this happens. I have no clue what is up with it. I am wondering if anyone else has a similar problem or if it is just my car.My supra allso has a JDM moter in it, if that matters:dunno:

Most likely a problem with the ignition stuff. When it is like this, open the hood, and look for sparks at the distributor and plug wires. I'd start with replacing the spark plugs, ignition wires, cap and rotor, you know, basic tune-up stuff, and see if that clears it up. If not, get the coil and ignition module tested.
