uh, no, NO, and NO WAY!!
you have a non-turbo supra w/205 and expect it to be easy to get to 400?? i want what ur smokin! for one, shes a bit heavy, for all motor, id suggest swaping into a different body. 2nd its going to take MORE money to do all motor than a turbo system to get to 400 hp.
with intake, headers, port & polish(by some one with a flow bench), bored +.030 over, pulley kit, electric fan, cams and dyno tuned, you'll be lucky to get 330. you would have spent an easy 2800-3500. add 500 for nitrous and get up to 410hp.
