help please / short circuit ?

Im new to this site, but I have a 87 Supra / non-turbo/5 speed ... it seems like every time i fix something, something else goes wrong. Well this time my lights went out, only my head lights work and brake lights when i apply the brakes. I found the burned fuse, its a 15 so i went ahead and replaced it w/ a 15 and it blew that one. so i put a 30 and it worked except for my turning signals, but then i heard it can cause a electrical fire. Like everyone, im low on cash..... how can i find the short myself? Thank you - Ken

Which fuse is the one that keeps blowing up?
You probably have a shorted light bulb, or corroded ground somewhere in that circuit. If its the taillights, and you have an aftermarket stereo, its probably the wire for the interior light that goes to the stereo that is shorted out.
Why don't your turn signals work? Is that also a fuse problem, or switch, or hazard switch or what? It could be related and help you find your other problem, or it could be competely different.
Ray.
