Mod List for a mk2???? where do i start
 

So, i just Purchased a 1982 Supra and i dont like being the slowest car in the lott :P or so i hear ill be , so where do i start? How do i make this thing fast? i hear some 5m's can take boost, and spray at that, what do i do? Where do i start? anyone got parts? Llol , or know of places i can buy them? HELP ME any help would be awsome, no flaming plz

Well im not into the MK2, but heres a site where you could altleast get headers to start with unless you want to go Turbo.

Or you could always swap a 7MGTE motor into it LOL.

it all depends on what you want. do you want to keep your current motor? do you want to stay N/A or go boost? as with most cars, make it reliable first, then intake and exhaust, then cd player:D lol.


there are many people out there with a 5mge. i dont know a whole lot about that motor though. same family as a 7m but i think it has less displacement and the head doesnt flow as well. i beleive some people have swapped the heads though... dont quote me on that though.
