make a cardomain. go to cardomain.com and make an account. i want to see what kind of condition the car is in before i can start recommending things. cant have 600 hp with a car that's falling apart.

Depends if it's an auto or 6spd. Either way, you'll need to start with a 'full bpu' Mkiv Supra Turbo. You'll need to purchase, properly install, and tune the following: a complete fuel system upgrade, a complete single turbo kit, a fuel computer, a good aftermarket clutch (or built auto tranny), an FMIC, and some wide (11.5") rims (so you don't just sit there and spin with that 600rwhp, or fishtail off the road when boost kicks in).

If you do it properly, probably about $15K...

JUN and HKS, imho.

Like dcrusupra said, you'll need to start with a well-maintained Mkiv Supra Turbo, in very good running order. You should also do compression & leakdown tests on it to ensure the engine is 'healthy' enough to single-turbo.

Of course, be sure to budget enough $ to keep your car properly maintained - a full synthetic oil change costs $50+ and a set of tires can be $1K or more (the z-rated rubber can last as little as 10,000 miles). I'm not sure how long you've had your '97TT, but properly maintaining an Mkiv TT costs like a Ferrari (and not a Celica)...
