Hi I am really looking to get a stock supra, i love all supras but i favor the years of 1993-1998. I know that there are lots of aftermarket parts available, but i was wondering if there is a wide range of parts for upgrading trany (standard, and automatic), I know for sure stock tranys dont like all the extra power. I feel that both tranys have thier bennifits. Of corse the excitement of driving a standard far surpasses the dull automatic experience. As for the engine i wanted to give it all i can, im not rich so this will take a while. I was wondering about these supras pushing past 1000 HP, does anyone know what kind of modifications these guys and girls are putting into there engines. Even though this isnt something to be worried about when modifying a car to have this much performance I was wondering if someone knew what kind of gas mileage a high performance supra might be getting (just for shits and giggles). Any other valuable info on upgrades for body, chassis, and drive train i would appreciate. Thank you for any help.
