Do you have any more info you can post? I searched for "Electric Turbo" on the link you posted, and it didn't give any results. I also searched by vehicle ('94 Toyota Supra Turbo), under engine parts, and also no electric turbo showed up.

To be honest, the last time I saw a product like this, it was little more than a leaf blower, and wouldn't have pushed enough air to even make a 6cyl 3L 2jz-gte idle faster lol...
