If you're going to continue using the oem twins in sequential mode, you need to get rid of this HKS FCD and purchase a GReddy BCC.

Oh, and why didn't you order the shortblock and head from your local Toyota dealer?

Have you purchased a new gasket set from Toyota yet?

...and you don't need to run head studs (vs oem head bolts) unless you're planning to run a huge turbo & upgraded fuel system in the near future.

The head was destroyed when the block was destroyed. Because of low octane one piston has got a hole in it and it went through the piston and into the block and destroyed it.
The FCD seems to work fine. No fuel cuts anyway.

The shortblock and head costs alot more if I would have bought it from my local Toyota dealer. And yes I?ve purchased a head gasket and all other things I need.:)

I?m maybe thinking of upgrading to a larger turbo and fuel system in the summer.

Yes, but it'll wreck your oem twins. More info here:

Unless you're going to a HUGE turbo (74mm or larger), you won't need head studs...the oem head bolts work fine.
