Well, at least they're easier to add. The MKIII's setup just blows... air cooled and the cooler is on the opposite corner. I like the 2JZ-GTE and 3S-GTE's coolers so much better. I wonder if I could get a 90? adapter built to use a 2JZ cooler on a 7M.
Anyway getting back OT, I feel that some form of oil cooling is an important thing to add to a N/A-T. |

Interestingly and in engines and in 7mgte 7mge as there is a difference in the lubrication system with oil. And it will affect the work dvigotelya need to improve the system?
Sorry for my english, I use a translator. |

It does get tough to follow and it's getting more difficult as we get more technical. They're talking with us in the MKIII forum about the 7M too. I think he/she is weighing their options and wanting to understand the differences in the lubrication systems of both the 7M and the 2JZ (GE vs GTE). We should see a post in the MKII section soon too. ;)
Sturbo, the lubrication system differences between the 2JZ-GE and the 2JZ-GTE are pretty much the same as the 7M. The GTE has a higher volume oil pump, an oil cooler and it has oil squirters. Other differences are the same as well: different intake systems, different systems for air flow measurement, GTE is lower compression, GTE has higher flow injectors and a higher volume fuel pump. (Please correct me if I'm wrong on any of this.) I don't know if they have different cams like the 7M. |

Do the GE cams differ from the GTE cams? I may roll this up into the FAQ... Won't be much different from the chart posted in the MKIII FAQ.
