Suspension differences?

Supra suspension and the drive-train minus the engine are going into a Muscle car with a twin turbo small block. I want to keep the car looking like American muscle but be able to whoop the crap out of other rides, on a budget. Most people would never expect my car to handle as well as it will.

if this is the case why put a supra in a muscle car?
why not the twin turboed small block in the supra?
