Default Stock amp.

I was tearing the car apart this weekend to see why the quasi "sub-woofer" in the trunk was not working and realized that the two speaker wires were cut. I then tested the wires by hooking it up to another small speaker and nothing, so then I tested the wires with a volt meter and nothing. Anyway to make a long story short....does anyone know what all the wires from the stock amp (located under the passenger seat) are? I thought it was just to power the quasi "sub-woofer". I took out the amp and everything still works. Do the amps typically go out and are there any internal fuses that may have blown. I took the amp apart but didn't see any fuses or anything that looked like it burnt out? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
