OBDII sensor

Hey Im going to be getting an aftermarket exhaust and downpipe, my question is, is that Im going to end up tripping the check engine light, and I wanted to know what is the best way to get around this, please let me know what works best. I have a 1994 supra tt, 6speed with around 107,000 miles
Thanks in advance

If I recall correctly, I believe that you won't trip the check engine light by installing a downpipe in an OBDI Mkiv TT. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that only happens in a '96+ OBDII.

What is your main concern about a check engine light for this problem? Passing emissions?

No, I just dont want the check engine light to come on, and be on all the time.
