I'm guessing you've already checked the battery in the remote. What other troubleshooting steps have you tried? ...and does your Supra have any modifications?

it has a clifford alarm fited,i have checked all fuses and changed the battery in the remote. i also noticed it doesnt central lock on the key as i thought it should and also the door lock button on the door just above the window switches does not work. i am hoping its a relay but am not sure which relay it is? if you know of the location of the relay it would be great.
