Need help/suggestions

Hey everyone, my name is nate and i am new to the supra community...I just recently bought a mk3 and want to buy a few goodies for it but dont even know where to start. I want to get exhaust, front mount and a turbo timer/boost controller.

I am more of a Honda guy right now, I own a 91 crx si with a jdm b16 lsd trans etc. But its time for a new project and hopefully with your guys help make a decently quick and clean mk3

any sugestions/ opinions are welcome

Well an ideal place to start is making the engine reliable. Is your check engine light on? Any vacuum leaks? Anything worn out excessively?

For upgrades, I would do exhaust and intake first. You don't really need a front mount unless you want that bling factor. The stocker is good for up to around 400 hp. If you get too big of an intercooler, your turbo will start to lag a good amount. A turbo timer would be good, they all work the same, so that will be personal preference.

As for the boost controller, don't go overboard on the stock turbo. 13 psi is all I would go. And thats on a healthy turbo. But there are a wide range of good boost controllers. I'd go with a manual boost controller to start with.

Any pics of your MKIII?

Also, replace the head gasket to a metal one. This is a major problem with these cars. After that, I would go 550cc injectors and Lexus AFM with 255lph fuel pump.
