Yes, it finally happend to my 1991 Supra, Blown head gasket.
I just want to use the most reliable gasket for long term use. I read that Felpro makes one that is a little thicker, but doesn't need retorking. Anybody have any experience, or know of a better one? Thanks, Stan |

Just get a metal one, 1.2mm from HKS or Greddy should be fine and is not that expensive

for metal head gaskets the surface has to be spotless or it wont seal properly as with felpro a small impurity shouldnt matter, either way it should be torqued higher than factory specs, 58 is way too low and arp bolts or studs are recommended
