Quick AZ open down pipe question.

Im running an open down pipe right now (just finished up). Man its pretty loud and dosent sound too bad. But my main concern is about cops. Can I get pulled over for it being too loud. I live in Arizona. Thanks.

What did they say when you went to one of the state smog inspection facilities? Or did you put this on after?
Arizona isn't as bad as california for noise as long as you don't allways get on it but don't throw away your old pipe. I would say you would probably be issued a "fix it" ticket for having a modified exhaust but don't quote me on that. I got a ticket like that in california and luckily for me any CHP could sign off on it. My Uncle just so happened to be one and hooked me up.
Be on the lookout for sheriff arpaio!!! but don't worry he travels without a gun.

We dont have smog inspections here, so I really dont have to worry about that. Today is my first day running an open downpipe, ill put on the cat back in a few days. Sounds pretty deep and the turbo sound better. LOL

I have to smog my72 K/5 Blazer every year in phoenix so how is it you don't have to?
Arizona requires vehicles back to 1967 to be smogged annually before you can get your car registered so unless you have out of state plates.......
