Ok well there has to be something we can learn from this so us non-turbo mk3 owners can get the same amount of hp i know there not the same engines but the internals should be of about the same quality, and we should be able to find the same things, for the 7mgte/7mge motors plz help us non-turbo guys get turbo.

First learn how an engine works, then learn how a turbocharger works and finally learn what they do together. You need to do alot more research before you start your project. When I say research I don't mean asking 20 million questions. Do some reading then ask questions.

Well i know im along way away from starting my project im put a new na engine in my car, i have a general consept on how the engine works and how the turbo works with the engine, but everyone i talk to says its a waste of time to turbo charge an na engine cause you cant get much power out of it, well the kit i listed isnt for my engine but that engine isnt forged either and they can get 400hp out of it with 8psi boost why cant we do the same thing with the 7mge's? If you can do it with one you should be able to do it to the other one. A forum is for asking question tho, but to your wishes i will research some more, maybe you couldnt point me in the right direction i just read the how stuff works on turbos and its all just kind of confusing like i said i have the general consept.

The 2JZGE has about 25 more ponies than our motor, the block size is different so the exhaust manifold from that kit couldn't be used (or I'd allready have gotten a set of stainless steel headers from the lexus 2JZ for my car), The fuel injection system is different, you would probably have to run the MAFT pro setup to compare to the 2JZ system because it is either speed density or map sensor no AFM on them.
They also include a metal head gasket with the kit which won't fit on ours but we can go metal but the work involved with lapping the head and prepping the block is very labor intensive.
You could go 1J or 7MGTE for the price of that kit and probably be at that HP or more.

Well i didnt mean use that stuff i ment we should have some of the same things for our cars or the equivelant of.
