Default Amt. of tranny fluid from "cool" to "hot".

Hi all,

Anyone know how much auto tranny fluid it should take to get from the middle of the 'cool' range on the dipstick to the 'hot' range. (assuming the car has been idling for 30 mins)

Thanks
