Does the "oil on the top of uour spark plugs" sticky apply to me?

Does your car after sitting over night smoke a bit when you crank it up? The sticky is about the little metal plate over the top of the spark plug valley leaking and how to fix it. If the part of the plug that goes into the cylinder is covered in oil means you are burning oil because of blowby or bad valve seals. If the oil is on the other end of the plug where the wire goes on then you need to heed the sticky and fix it because it sucks getting all of that oil out.

yeah im thinking it might be a valve or guide...maybe even a seal.
