Default 87 Turbo MAF Sensor Wire Colors

First of all great pictures and labeling. It helps me a lot.
Here is my problem. My son traded for this car, and ran out of gas. The car starts but while acceleration, backfires, and looses power, and is not driveable unless 10mph is ok. Ha HA Anyway, I noticed that the wires to his Mass Air Flow Sensor connector has loose wires all around it, and a few are just stuck in the connector holes. I have been looking for information as to what colors are supposed to go to what pins. I am thinking this has something to do with his problem, or at least may contribute to it. In the same area as the MAF, there are about 7 or 8 wires, either loose, or some stuck in the MAF connector holes.
Please if anyone can let me know what colors are supposed to go where, It would be a tremendous help. I need to know where all the wires in that area go, and what colors go where.
This car has several rigged, and suspect wiring conditions.

You can email me, if that will help. djpound@sbcglobal.net

Please Help!!
DJ
