Mine did the same thing when I got my swap done I forgot to mark all of the vaccum line and it would not idle. Check all of the vaccum lines from the intake and make sure they dont have any leaks. Especially the ones comming from the intake that dont have the vaccum filter on them they will cause it to run rich and die really fast. If you can send a picture of your intake side and I will see if I can tell you if they are all routed right.
