there is a relay for the windows themselves but no fuse. you might want to check the switches it may just be half of the driver side switch is bad because all the juice for the passenger one runs through there first. Also check to make sure your window lock button isnt pushed in that would do it too. if you pull the drivers window switch and hold it with the pluc to your right the pins nuimber starting on the right 1 on bottom then 2 on top. on the left they start from 3 on the bottom and number up to 6. push both switches up and you should have continuity between 1 2, 6 5, 1 3, and 4 5. center the button there should be continuity between 2 6 5, and 3 4 5. Down with the switch and you should have it between 1 6, 2 5, 1 4, 3 5. if you dont have that and the botton on the top of the switch is not pressed then it is bad.

I had the same problem except my passenger window wouldn't roll up, but they could roll down. And I could only do so with driver side switch. The passenger side switch didn't do anything. So I figured the passenger switch was bad, but I wanted to try something new. I figured the motor still worked, just needed to trick it somehow. So what I did was found the two lead wires coming from the passenger side window motor. I followed them to the nearest wire harness clip (All within the door panel .) and swapped their positions. Positive where the negative was and negative where the positive was. And bam! Both switches worked now, just it's opposite, ONLY for the passenger window. Up is actually down and down is up. If you willing to mess around and see if that fixes the problem give it a shot.

Cool

it's common for the contacts in the switch to get crusty
take apart the switch and clean the contacts ,you might want to use some sandpaper
