I took off the head and the cams are worn pretty bad. I dont know what its called but the place where you put the caps on and bolt the cam down to the head has groves in about 5 or 6 places, what should I do. Ive been told that if you replace the cam then you have to replace the valve seats and grind the valve to make all the clearances perfect. Like take a feeler gauge and make sure it meets the manuals requirements. Is this true. Ive thought about a performance cam would I have to change the injectors too. And mess with the CPU, or will it correct the fuel/air ratio by itself
