so your saying that eventually its going to need better cooling anyway right??
|
I'm saying that what you're going to *need* will depend on your build. BUT, if you're going with a new rad might as well pay a few extra bucks and get a good quality high flow one and have all the bases covered from the start.
EDIT: Also, since you're going to have to drain the system, you might as well take the opportunity to flush the system well, replace the thermostat and rad cap. ;) |
well thanks for the help im going to go with the fluidyne and see what happens
|
thank you for the input everybody, i went with the fluidyne and so far i am happy with it i put it in no problems everything worked great and looks awesome just to let anybody thinking about a radiator it is worth the money
|
do you have an electric fan to go with it? i heard going electric add up to 15hp rather than using a belt driven fan.

Radiator
I went with a CSF Racing radiator! They make the stock replacement and within the last 2 yrs started making drop-in race radiators for the 7M. Cost is great and so is performance!

did it start to heat up did you notice when it happened? repair leak let it run see if it heats up for the price of a thermostat i would start there.if its another bad head gasket after you repair the leak check the over flow see if its bubbling like there is compression in there
