What is the best manual to actually go out and buy?

I know that there are a few different manuals out there, but is one considered better than the other? Is one "the best"?

The manual from Toyota is the best. ~$150 from the dealer. But it's already on the internet for free.

One that worked for me when I was first getting started was made into a movie by Woody Allen. You should see it.

Its called:

"Everything You Wanted To Know About Sex, But Were Afraid To Ask"

Informative AND funny !
