only thing i can think of is a vsv, pics would help. where exactly under the intake is it? towards the front/back/middle?

Just for now, to get the car running, you CAN (and I would) cap off all the ones you can't figure out using this diagram, except keep a manifold vacuum to the FPR (fuel pressure regulator).
