I have this BOV and it works beautifully, I love the sound and it is LOUD even with stock 7psi boost.

Now, did you just buy the BOV or did you buy a kit? Because mine came with a little black check valve that goes inbetween-that little nipple that supplies air to chamber B in that diagram-and the hard pipe its suppost to connect to. Because that is how a BOV opens from the vacuum that is created in chamber B.
