Why not just get a Bosch BPV?
They work great, hold tons of pressure, and are cheap... hmm, seems too good to be true? oh wait, they're not blingy... they're black plastic. so that's probably why it's so far out of the vocabulary of so many people. It's not polished aluminum, or anodized blue/purple/gold/red/pink yelling "look at me! i'm not stock!" Personally, stick with what works and you'll be fine. If you really want an HKS BOV, buy one. You should take yours apart, and polish the shaft, polish the housing, grease it up, and put it back together. It'll work fine, I'm almost sure of it.
