is it possible to sequntially turbo charge any mkIII engine? (1jz, or 7m) if so where can i find the kit? and rough cost? sorry bout all the questions

Well the 1JZGTE is a twin turbo, but no idea if it's sequential.
1jz is a parallel set-up but i was wondering if they had a kit you know like just a "hks sequential turbo kit" or sumthin like that lol i googled it and nothing =( i know sometimes people take the top end of a 2jz and put it their 1jz so maybe that includes the sequntial turbo?

thanx lol ;)

I think the 1jz and 2jz are both sequential. Why do you want that anyway? single is more fun :)
whys that?
all the big horse power cars convert to single turbo
i hate lag =P
Then dont put a giant single turbo on. the stock sequentials still lag too. Just keep yout 7mgte and get an upgraded ct26. youll be pretty happy with it for a while, both lag and power wise.

thanks for the info accept i have a 1jz what would you recomend for that (something with little lag and as much hp as possible without alot of lag)
if you want big numbers you gotta accept the lag...

How did you go in your research for the sequential turbo conversion for your markIII?? I am considering the same as have a HKS twin turbo(parallel) setup on my 1JZ running 280rwhp but it kicks in all at once at too high rpm. Was considering an intercooler setup with the new PWR air/water intercooler to get gains there to reduce lag but a sequential turbo would be a really good progressive setup!!!

exactly what i was thinking =)
