i dont know much about turbos, but i know that you cant start your car if your intake is incomplete. so without your turbo on, how is air getting into your engine? on an n/a, air goes straight from the filter to the throttle body. it is my understanding that with a turbo it goes from filter to turbo to innercooler to throttle body, or something close to that. maybe running oyur intake straight to your throttle body for now will help get t started.
and just a clicking sound sounds like you might have a bad starter. but idk what those two wires your talking about are so those could be your problem right there.
