torque settings for big end shells and cylinder head

I have read on our site that the reason for all, or most of the head gasket failures, are because Toyota did not torque the heads down to the correct pressure , can anyone give me the correct settings for the big end shells and the cylinder head , as i will be doing it this weekend if i am not working. I have a supra mk3 turbo , please do not reply if you are not 100% sure as it is a lot of money and time . I have a Toyota workshop manual but want to see if there is any difference in what it says and what the people who own and run them say , thanks for looking but i know what is coming. Is it a bird is it a plane , no it's

Updated value for Standard (new factory) Head bolt torque is 72 lb ft.
ARP are higher, and ARP studs are even higher. Use their recommendations if you use their stuff.

Be sure to use NEW factory bolts, never re-use bolts. $40 cost.
