Default Steering wheel off-centre

My steering wheel is off-centre. As I drive in a straight line the steering wheel is pointing to the left. I took my Supra yesterday to have the tracking done but now the steering wheel is pointing more the the left. The guy at the garage said that was the best he could get it as the bolts etc to adjust the tracking were quite stiff and corroded. He put WD-40 on them and then used a blow torch to loosen the bolts but that did'ent help.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated..

Driving with the steering wheel off-centre is quite annoying

If that is truely the case (of seized threads), You may have to buy the tie-rods, inner and outer, both sides to fix it right.

If the car is driving in a straight line when you let go of the wheel and its just a matter of the steering wheel being off center then just take off the center nut under the horn cover off, pop the steering wheel off, center it then re-tighten the nut and put the cover back on.
