Leave us alone! lol. F&F doesnt deserve its own thread so we just put it in with power shifting. Oh, and power shifting as it is called is not good for ANY car lol. And double clutching is totally useless unless your trying to make your transmission last 1,500,000 miles. Otherwise it just wastes time.

I believe poping the clutch is a technique used in cornering.

Basically you quickly hit the clutch and release it without shifting. This in turns causes your car to shift its weight to the front of the car (the car jolts forward). At this point is when you would begin to corner. The increased weight in the front creates more traction in the front wheels than the rear which allows for quicker cornering. This technique is usually used when the driver doesn't have enough distance to apply the brakes to make a corner. At least this is my understanding of this technique. Someone else might have more informed knowledge of this.
