Drive really fast in the rain and slam on the brakes. If they feel like they are grinding and your tires dont skid, you have working abs. But anyway, Look under the hood, Over on the passenger side, There is a big block looking thing with brake likes coming out of it and wires, Thats the abs modulator thing. If you just have a charcoal canister sitting there, you dont have abs. Here is a pic for your reference.
