Default Crank case oil pressure bad, Please Help!

Hey guys, my crank case oil pressure is way too high. i keep blowin the dipstick out of the block and there is oil trying to escape from anywhere it possibally can. is there a valve or a bypass that could be bad?

87 supra auto n/a... work in progress (devoted my paychecks to it)
so far:
Tranny swap with an 87 turbo supra
Replaced hood
Replaced windsheild
7m gte engine build up in progress
