mrnickleye 1000whp postwhore Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Mojave Desert, Calif. Posts: 1,705	try this Try this first. Disconnect the battery cable from the negative post, and wait 10 minutes. Then hook it back up, and start the engine. It will run funky for awhile. You need to go drive it around town some, and out on an open road. It can take a few times, but be sure to pull over (preferably at home) and shut off the engine for a minute. The computer will re-learn the drive pattern. This has fixed many cars. If it is still giving you troubles after a few days, then check for codes. and report back into this thread. __________________ Had a Red 1989 N/A. Automatic. Sports Pkg. w/wing.
