Empty Spot Under Hood?!?!?
 

hey I've always wondered what was in that empty space under the hood on the passenger's side next to the firewall. probably a stupid question but has always bothered me

Some Supras have ABS and some dont. Thats where the ABS system goes.

Or the charcoal canister for fuel vapor storage.

ok.. so if i dont have anything there? that means i dont have abs right? well i mean i know i dont have abs but is that would have gone there for sure??

go to the bottom of this website and click on an engine pic that has everything labeled.

youll c the ABS motor.

if you dont have that then you prolly dont have ABS

if you dont see a big black coffee can looking thing there than you dont have a charcoal canister there. if you dont have a gold box looking thing with lines that look like brake lines coming out of it then you dont have abs.
