New member/ New Supra

Hello! A little about myself: name's Aaron, in the military, husband/dad and a die-hard muscle car fan (68 Road Runner / 70 Chevelle SS clone the last two I have owned). I will pick up my first Supra in a few days. It is an 89 turbo 5spd, with every option (I think) that Toyota offered that year. 91K original miles and runs like a top. I just got done test driving it and was *very* impressed! Totaly unlike anything I have drove before....smooth, cornered well and quiet!
I have been using the "search" function like mad and still have a few quick questions:
Where is the BOV in this car (my import-fu is very weak)
I have a small leak (power steering?) on the drivers side. Is it hard to change the hose(s)?
My plans for the car:
Full tune up to include all fluids and re-torque head (72 ft-lbs? maybe do a stud kit and mhg)
New brakes (cross-drilled rotors, good pads)
filter
Braces
after market BOV
boost controler (8-10lbs)
turbo timer
exhaust
eibach springs
All this will be done over time pretty much in order that I have listed. The car is in exc. shape and looks to be a lot of fun. Any further suggestions? I turn wrenches on all my own stuff (and buddies...grrr) and I'm pretty excited with this car.

Thanks for the help. The car cost me $2200 as it sits, so that leaves me a few bucks to get the basics out of the way. I will be sure to take pics as I do the mods. Oh yeah...the car is a Targa top as well. Would rather have had a hard top, but can't have everything I suppose, lol.

I wanted to buy that car... seriously I almost called on it. Welcome!

I know they're expensive but new rims and tires can make a pretty big difference and I can't stand the stock supra rims. but welcome and good luck with the finest "rice burner" on this side of the pond.

If it has TEMS and you want to keep that option on the car, you can get Tokico Illumina II struts that are TEMS compatible. Or as another option, get coil overs instead of the eibach and tokico. Also check the bushings, or have someone check the bushing, replacing those will also help stiffen it up.
