lighting problem. HELP!!!
 

I took out my dash board and now im starting to put stuff together. the problem is like the left side(fog lights, dimmer, cruise, defogger,) doesnt work. i checked the fuses which are fine and the defogger and cruise light come on but the fog lights dont work and niether does the gauge lights. Ohh and other thing is i cant figure out were a plug goes which is behind the cluster. thanks for the help.

its the smallest white plug that is part of the cluster harness. and the other one is the smallest black plug which is right next to the hazard light plug. sorry that this so confusing.

The small white one, I believe, goes to the cigarette lighter.

no i already plug that one in and the one im talking about wouldnt be able to reach the lighter.

i have five plugs plugged in to the back of the cluster, is that right??

can anyone help
