jus proven techniques
or proven setups
maybe sum sarcasm
but does anybody know how to?

by leaning off the mixtures you will lower the outputs but it still may not be enough and i'm not sure exactly what they do to measure the car

also by installing a catalytic converter this will also help as they turn the hydrocarbons (emissions) to steam n carbon dioxide

get a cat and go find someone with a gas analyser and just measure it up before you actually go and get tested and use the tsrm as a guide, i believe the specs are in there for emissions

and if that isn't enough, just stick the usdm egr back on it
