i'm looking to replace the stock ice box intake, which is best? blitz sus? hks super flow? k&n fipk (gen II)? apexi? all of them is about the same price, but not sure which is better for my 87 turbo supra. I'm leaning towards either k&n, blitz or apexi.

also for people looking at this post, i was wondering if the stock mass air flow sensor thing? can you take that off or do you need to have it? because i have an intake that was taken off a crx and i think it will fit but i have to remove that thing. help appreciated

you have to have the afm or your car wont run. you can upgrade to a lexus afm but youd have to upgrade your injectors too

you can look at the new aem v2 intake pipe
dunt know if they make for mk3 but ask for applications

and jus use a regular k&n cone filters

Go with a dryfilter over the K&N which you have to oil up with their special oil.
I use a Simota which is no comaprison. Ive had it for about 4 months and it is still nice and clean and keeps the dust out. My K&N had to be cleaned about every 3 weeks.
AEM is also good but try and stay away from the foam ones.
