im guessing the liquid one
the solid rubber absorbs impact from movement and rubber tends to wear off after while the liquid , well uses liquid to absorb the force the only way i can see it backfiring on you is if it has a leak but ill go for the liquid if i was you probly provide better value to you in the long run
