if you replace springs, replace shocks too or the springs will go out much quicker. plus it will help improve handeling

doesnt a set comes with shocks and springs?

no not usually

a coilover are ajdustable shocks and springs, they are one item usually. you can go with coilovers are with shocks and springs, coilovers tend to be a little bit more expensive

so jus get a decent drop in your suspension
that would probly hold you for at least a year till you crave something more extreme
or when your racing discipline changes
