Oh MY god.....

The electric fuel pump in any automobile is running whenever the engine is running. What, you think theres a magic switch that turns on when the tank gets below a 1/4 tank? What does god come down and pressurize your fuel for you?

Even non-fuel injected vehicles use fuel pumps, mechanical ones. You have to have some way of pressurizing the fuel. Period.

Please dont post about things you know nothing about, that spreads misinformation and it makes us all look bad.

You want to save gas? Open up your TSRM and perform ALL of the maintenance procedures.
